110117 WOD

The YW is closed today, so this a workout you will need to do at home.  It is pretty fun to do, so find someone to do it with you. Since I'm not going to be watching you, be extra careful to go through a full range of motion on each exercise.

"Wednesday Workout"



1 round per minute/ 30 minutes total ie. 30 rounds total
Start the first round doing 5 reps of each and then add or subtract reps to each exercise as desired.

•Push-Ups
•Sit-ups
