Great Work this week gang!  Everyone is getting so much stronger and fitter.   It is fun to watch you all progress. 

Speaking of progress, we now have power and lights in the gym.  The insulation should be done in a couple of days, so we will be all set for winter. 

We also picked up a new model E Concept 2 Rower, the cadillac of rowers.  It is really nice so please come out and take if for a spin.

Have a great weekend and get rested up, so we can kill the workouts next week.

Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
