  1. This one was too tough for me! It took 10:24 and as my son said, I cheated to make it through!

    Thanks for the support from yesterday, Clint! Obviously pull ups are easier for me than the push ups!

  2. I think I did JT in 12:07? But I had to stop doing ring dips after the first 18. I ended up using the Sorinex for the rest.

    I was not impressed with my overhead squats at all. I need to work on that for sure.
