Back Squat  5x3

Rest 5 minutes

7 rounds for time of:
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 10 reps
10 Ring dips

    115 lbs x 3
    135 lbs x 3
    155 lbs x 3
    185 lbs x 3
    If I started heavier I could have definately squatted more weight. Not happy with this.

    4 rounds of 83 lbs Sumo High Dead Lift(10 Reps)
    1 Round of 83 lbs x 4 reps then 6 reps at 53 lbs
    2 Rounds of 53 lbs x 10

    2 Rounds of Ring Dips x 10
    2 Rounds of Sorinex Dips x 10
    3 Rounds of Bench Dips x 10

    Total Time: 11:08

    I loved this workout!! I still wanna squat more next time though.
