  3. Wow!! I was visiting the area and Roger was kind enough to let me join in the fun! I have been to several CrossFit gyms around the country, and let me tell you, Roger worked me over! All I can say about CrossFit Topeka is be prepared to "Start Fast, Work Hard, and Finish Strong!!
