    Still fighting a little residue from "1775" on friday and "death by pushup" on Sunday. Kinda weird, I haven't touched a weight since last Tuesday. It's pretty amazing what a person can get done with just their bodyweight.

  9. I had to break the set of 20 (16,4) and the last one (15,6,4) but I only rested for 2-3 seconds when I broke. I'm gonna try it again when I'm a little less sore and see I can improve.
