    C&J: finished with 195 (did a lot of build up sets) then dropped down to 165 for 3 sets of 1

    followed all of this with the anti-paleo "dirty bomb" some milk, 2 scoops ice cream, 2 scoops cheap chocolate protien powder, and a spoonful of peanut butter blended into a shake

    OK, so I made up a workout combining the workout from this day and the one before.
    I did: 10 rounds
    400 run
    10 Pull ups
    10 Push ups
    10 GHD situps
    10 Squats

    ran at 8:00 mile pace on treadmill, did all sets of 10 unbroken, the only rest I took was moving from station to station.
